How to Setup DLINK N300 Wi-Fi Range Extender (DAP-1330) Through the Web Browser?

It is easy to set up DLINK N300 DAP 1330 through the web browser. However, for accessing the setup utility for the extender on your PC, you have to connect it wirelessly.
